NOVA Group for Women: An Affiliate of Inova is dedicated to the personalized, comprehensive, and state-of-the-art care of each of our valued patients. We are a practice for women by women.

Together with our nurse practitioners, midwives and staff, we are committed to providing you with superior and compassionate women’s healthcare in each of the following areas: Prenatal/Obstetrics, General Gynecology, Wellness, and Gynecologic Surgery. Our welcoming office environment and competent, friendly staff are always ready to assist you and set the tone for the unique relationship we strive to achieve with each of our patients. We ensure that all of our obstetrical patients meet with each of our physicians, nurse practitioners and midwife to establish a bond of trust and understanding, and we have long standing relationships with our gynecologic patients.

We are proud to welcome to our practice Mary Lindberg, DO

Dr. Lindberg is a native of Northern Virginia. She attended Syracuse University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering. Dr. Lindberg completed medical school in Blacksburg, Virginia at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine. She subsequently returned to Northern Virginia where she completed her OB/GYN residency training at lnova Fairfax Hospital. Dr. Lindberg is passionate about all aspects of Obstetrics and Gynecology and finds no greater joy than delivering babies. She also has a particular interest in Adolescent Gynecology and is fluent in medical Spanish.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

Thank you for your continued patience surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak.

We know many of you may have questions especially when it comes to pregnancy. Please visit the CDC’s website to view their most up to date recommendations for pregnant and breastfeeding women.

If you are experiencing any symptoms including cough, fever or shortness of breath, or if you have traveled to or from a high risk country or region within the U.S., or if you’ve had contact with anyone who has suspected or confirmed COVID-19 please call the office prior to your appointment as we will need to reschedule your visit. For all COVID-19 related symptoms, concerns or potential need for testing please contact your primary care provider.

Additionally, as we try to practice social distancing (as much as possible in health care), we ask that you please make every effort to come to your visits alone. Please leave your family members, children, spouses and friends at home. We would like to reduce the amount of foot traffic in the office to help reduce the spread in our community. For everyone's saftey will be screening you prior to entering the office.

We are now offering Telemedicine visits via Telephone or Video Zoom Conferencing

If you would like to schedule an appointment or if you already have an appointment scheduled, and you would prefer to convert it to a telemedicine visit, please call the office during business hours M-F after 9 am.
